Resumen de Diseño de Señalética

We need a premium option for our 'For Sale' board design. We have a standard board that is attached to this brief, but were are looking to have a premium design version that we will use when selling exclusive properties. Our company name is Cathedral City Estates and the name for this is exclusive selection is: 'The Cathedral Selection'. The design needs to work with our current brand, but have a distinctive PREMIUM feel to it. I have uploaded the barnd guidelines and also some of the exisisting logo variations. We do NOT need a new logo but feel free to play around with colours, fonts, sizes etc. for the sign.
