Perhaps " California" smaller font on the top arch then COST WISE in the middle then "nsurance " on the bottom part of the circle. Then on the bottom of the circle are 3 icons of AUTO HOME and Business . Feel free to throw in inspiration if we only need to highligh COST WISE.. Im open .. GET inspiration from logos of State Farm Insurance, Covered California Health Insurance , California Fair Plan, i also typed "insurance logo" and found nice ones there..
