Hey designers!
I need a logo design for my producer/ artist brand. I travel around the world and create music along the way. The music I create is folk electronic (think bands like Bon Iver, and Ben Howard). I create music about difficult/ painful topics in the world to raise awareness.
I want the logo to be simplistic, black and white with maybe only 1 accent color I can also use for accent throughout the website. It needs to have a powerful and strong feeling. Since the topic of the music focusses on the more serious matters of the world, it can almost have an anarchist feel to it. I attached documents for a look and feel.
It can have imagery + font. It would be super good if there would be an imagery that can be used separated from the text for image overlay or merchandise. This imagery should be very simple and not a strong reference towards either the music part or the traveling aspect. I think this makes it a little too obvious (bands who have a strong imagery: Black Flag - Red Hot Chili Peppers).
The name is Con Chico but I like to spell it together. The translation from Spanish means: With (Con) Boy (Chico). The hardest part with this name is that in some parts of the world it has a reggaeton association (because of the Spanish name) which I really want to dismantle as soon you see the design/ artwork.
