Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Our bricks and mortar record shop in St. Kilda, Melbourne is a part of a well established independent retailer that also specializes in clothing and jewelry aimed at festival goers and music lovers of all ages. Due to the success of the records we aim to create a new brand specific to the record store and spilt it into a separate business that retains its roots in the existing brand building on that to create its own identity. We have already attempted to create our own logo but feel that a professional designer may bring something extra to "lift" the concept. See the attached "eclectico records sticker example". Key things to consider, in addition to our foot trade a significant portion of our sales come through a website called Discogs, as such the new brand should be complement Discogs branding and fit into a square format. The logo must contain the original shop logo that we have provided (Eclectico Shop Brand) and show a vinyl record. The final design needs to be single colour as it will be used for shop signage, bags and stickers that will be attached to parcels of records that we ship out as well as other branding outputs - for example we may at a later date start to produce our own records so you may wish to look at iconic record labels like Atlantic, Stax and Island and niche labels like Analog Africa, Soundway other independents for inspiration.
