Goal: Logo and business cards for real estate consulting company "Blackwood Real Estate"

Blackwood RE advises real estate investors and, above all, large portfolio holders with regard to their portfolio and shows optimization potential. Possible mandates are:
- Optimization of the rental yield
- Restructuring of existing tenants (new leases, selection of new tenants, eviction of tenants)
- Tendering, coordination and quality control of renovation work (construction management)
- providing craftsmen and engineers for specific kind of building or renovation projects through our extended professional network
- Marketing (rentals, sales)
- Identification of development potential (attic conversion, extensions, conversions, conversion of retail space into apartments, etc., short-term rental, etc.)

The design should incorporate a certain "grey side" of the business. Think "Blackwater" (private security company with mercenaries) as an extreme version. We help real estate investors with their most troublesome issues (difficult tenants, lack of payments etc.), so we're not only nice guys
