We are a collection agency that collects debt from past residents of apartments on behalf of Property Management Companies. We are want to design a 3 page website with - Home - How it Works - Schedule Demo. We'd like a sketch of a skyline showing high rise apartment buildings, houses, shops, etc. We would like for there to be some animation, possibly clouds and the sun slowly moving. Maybe kids playing ball or catch or something like that. Bird flying and landing. An electric car charging (to indicate we are modern). We are looking for a friendly community vibe. The site will also need a button "Property Managers Login". When some comes to the site we would like a pop up that says "Property Managers Click Here/Past Residents Click Here" with a different icon for each that relates to the description. I've included a link to a test site we had designed so feel free to use some of the copy from it. We just aren't happy with the design. On the Home page our tag line should be "Get more payments, faster, from past residents!" and "Digital First, NOT Digital Only". All without transaction fees, we don't get paid unless we get you paid first!

I've attached an image of the back end so you can get an idea of the colors we need, I've also included our logo. For the most part we would like most of the site to match the blue colors from our logo, but we do need to incorporate some of the yellow in the images I've attached. Possibly make the buttons on the site the yellow color? Make the sun Match the yellow? I'll leave it up to you.
