Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for my new company, Visionary Ensights, that does consulting with individuals and organizations to help them realize their vision. While I am still developing the "story" behind the brand, the draft mission is elevating the vision of an individual or organization to enhance their future.
 The final design should communicate progress, clarity, success, accomplishment. In my experience people are good at executing a mission but lack vision to realize the possibilities of the future.

I am open to the designers artistic expression with regard to colors. I'd like to see logos with and without the tagline. I am also ok if the words are combined (e.g. VisionaryEnsights; visionaryEnsights) or separate. The "E" in stead of "I" for insights is a play off of my first name which starts with an E. I have been told I am a visionary. That's how the company name was derived.
