Designs look without any thought behind. By looking at "Finansai Paprastai" it does not look like this is finance website but it should. When people looking at logo they should understand that this is about finance.

If it is too difficult to come up with something, you can also involve that favicon that I use (also next to logo "piggy bank bull").
