Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

We want a color image that contains interesting things for patients to talk about, not list. The instruction would be something like ‘tell me a story about what is happening and why it is happening’
To make it interesting there can be some unusual things, but they should not be impossible. So, for instance, the overflowing water, stool tipping over, or lady on the phone while mowing the flowers. Not things like a family of dogs with one reading a paper, or physically impossible/scifi stuff. See the attachments for the kind of pictures we're looking for. It is possible we'll want more than one picture.
