Resumen de Diseño de Logo

My personal business is a Holistic and Science based service in which I teach my clients the power of their breath. I offer private breath sessions with clients and also host breath circles/ ceremonies with up to 25 people.

My services would fit in the same category as meditation, yoga, spiritual practices, but also with a strong scientific and modern approach.

Benefits of this practice are stress management, nervous system regulation, detoxifying the body, more energy, improved lung function, relief of anxiety/ depression and a deeper sense of self. It is practical and beneficial for the physical body and mental health.

This is not a religious practice and is welcome to anyone who breathes in this life; although it can be quite a spiritual practice. We reconnect with the simple beautiful essence of spirit and cultivate a higher sense of awareness and understanding of the body-mind. There is often great healing of past trauma's and also moments of deep insight, clarity and intuitional guidance during a breath session.

The name "Ebb&Flow" parallel's the flow of someones breath to that of the ocean tides. The breath is received in, and exhaled back out - just as the ocean tide floods or FLOWS in, and then EBBS back out. It speaks to the natural flow and rhythm of life and the power we claim by releasing our need to control this rhythm.

I would like the logo to represent this powerful and simple concept of surrendering to the natural flow of life, reconnecting to our true nature, and finding peace.

SOME IDEAS THAT COME TO MIND ARE:
- Something that resembles BREATH flowing, maybe in a circular pattern
- Elemental, specifically earth and water elements, as it is illustrative to the Ebb&Flow of the ocean
- Whatever looks good, but I really like the colours green and blue
- The image of a set of lungs is also something that seems to pop and very much suggest the BREATHWORK component
