Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for my consulting company (owner and sole employee) which provides leadership consulting.
Unlike the majority of consulting firms, my goal is to explain the ancient roots and archetypes of leadership that have existed for thousands of years. Much of what has made leaders great is their focus on the human element of an organization, and I draw a lot of lessons from ancient myth and story.
The logo I assembled myself is a drawing I asked a family member to do of an Ouroboros. This is to represent infinite chaos. In my work I have found that the way to manage chaos is with four essential characteristics, Integrity Humility, Empathy and Vigilance (represented by the eye of Horus). My attempt was to get away from current jingoism and rely more on ancient symbols (Yggdrasil, dragons, phoenixes, serpents, etc.). The more I look at logos I realize my vision may be too complex, but I hope it generates ideas in your artistic mind.
1) I don't think the four characteristics need to be integrated into the logo, but it would be neat if it could be worked out.
2) The company name doesn't have to be integrated either, maybe an either or situation with the four characteristics.
3) A cleaned up version of what I have might be interesting.
4) A phrase I have been saying for the past 15 years is "Leadership is a Philosophy, not a Checklist".
I genuinely appreciate your attention, I love, respect, and sometimes envy artists because they can condense complexity into digestible artifacts.
