Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need to enhance the design of the logo of the Ukrainian Rust Community. We want to add colors of the Ukrainian flag to the logo to make it explicit that Community is Ukrainian but keep the pencil style.

I have attached the current logo and style of drawing I like so much. I'm open to radical changes in the logo if the style is similar to the second image, but I would prefer to keep the old logo, just changing colors and preserving pencil style and contours.

Note: I like the style of the second image, but what is drawn on it is not related.
