Design a T-shirt with the specification below:

-A simple, stylized drawing of a highland cow's head in the center of the shirt, with its signature long, shaggy hair and distinctive horns. The cow is wearing a woolen hat and scarf, and has a miserable expression on its face.

-Above the cow's head, the phrase "Brrr... it's cold out here!" in bold, block letters.

-Below the cow's head, the phrase "Highland Cow Appreciation Society" in a smaller, cursive font.

-The design should be DTG oriented.

-More elements could be added when you feels it fits the theme.

-Texts could be altered as long as they are hilarious.
