We are a construction and Interior Design company who have recently rebranded. We have designed a new logo and are now looking to create Word and PowerPoint templates for the submission of our proposals and property information packs. We will need to ensure that we have the right graphics and symbols on the relevant pages. We would like to standardise our approach by inserting a symbol reflecting the title of the page for each of the pages. So for example, if the page title is Costings we have a symbol highlighting the work "Costings" in the top corner of that page. the same design approach will be followed for each of the pages.
We will need the following pages
1. Cover Page - we would like to standardise this for all our quotes, property information packs and general company presentation. So, we will have 3 cover page versions with relevant images as follows:
Cover Page - Project Proposal
Cover Page - Property Information Pack
Cover - Company Info.
2. Company Overview - Please use the aligned imagery of this page.
3. The Team
4. portfolio of projects - This will be a gallery of images showcasing our projects with a small write-up about the property. We will have 2 pages for this section.
5. Scope of works - This will be a section where we will insert an excel sheet as an object into the PP slide to list out the costings of all the relevant tasks. Will need to add the relevant imagery and symbols for the following section such as:
Foundations
Brickwork
Drywalling
Plumbing
Heating
Bathrooms
Tiling
Joinery
Roof
Exterior Landscape
Smart Automation
CCTV
Burglar Alarm
Decorative lights
Windows
Wall Paper
Paint
This section could span multiple pages so we will need the ability to duplicate the slides and insert the relevant imagery and symbols for the various sections.
6. Project Delivery Timeline - We need the timeline infographic here and the ability to add an excel sheet containing the project delivery timeline.
7. Project Costs - 2 options required here please:
Either we enter the costs of the project directly on the PP slide so need one slide for this and the other option will be to insert a costing Excel sheet here.
8. Terms & Conditions - Insert a word file or prepare multiple slides containing our T & C's.

Investment Strategies - Page to explain the investment viability and the potential return on investment.
Plane & images - Page to show the floor plans and images of any property.
Planning - Page to show the planning approval obtained for the said property.
Comparable - Page to show the value and details of similar properties within the same catchment area. Here the content will be text, Images and links.

The idea is that once this template is created, we can standardise our branding for all customer communications and will use this template to submit
