We are a father/son consulting firm that focuses on the psychology of communication and performance in the workplace of financial advisors. We recently wrote a book on the topic of family members working in the same financial services practice together. So, we need someone to design the cover for our book. The book itself is in a self-help style with the occasional exercise. It is psychologically based and while specific to the finance industry, does not discuss finances itself.

We would like the cover to clearly communicate that this book is practical, easy to read, and impactful. The average reader is someone who is successful in business and work or will soon plan on working with a family member.

The Title is "The Thriving Family Team: Forming, Building, and Transitioning a Family Business in Financial Services" by Zach Ursiny, RCC*TM(this should be a trademark) and Tim Ursiny, Ph.D. Foreword by Sue Hadden.

Agradable de tener

• Could be a simple design with the title or with graphics,. We are open to either. Our business colors are in the royal blue range. So, that color scheme could be nice, but isn't essential if there is something more creative/better that you have in mind.

• Extravagant/ too playful of colors, but can be fun with design
