Resumen de Diseño de Logo
I need a logo in high quality jpeg that will be used for all our branding whether its on social media, websites, imprinted on clothing or banners. It needs to incorporate something related to the city we work in which is Jacksonville, FL.
The downtown skyline and bridges are popular and widely used but we are also a beach/coastal town. The name needs to be HouseSOLDnames and we prefer teal black and white has prime colors to match our brokerage. Hopefully the image will make it obvious that it is Jacksonville (by using the downtown image) Our broker is Exit realty and they use Teal and black and we want that too. Perhaps the SOLD portion of the name can be in Red

I added a photo of the real downtown skyline to fully understand the building heights, and also wanted to emphasize using teal & black. All the letters should be lowercase except for SOLD.

We want one more concept to compare to the downtown. Would like the houseSOLDnames to be with a house. I uploaded 3 photos to give ideas, but would like it to look nice, unique.

Hi Designers, I just uploaded another file that shows the second concept we want to review, which would say houseSOLDnames and have a house/roof surrounding it as per my request earlier. Please see what you can come up with. We love the downtown ones but just want to see one more with using a house

- Image depicting Jacksonville skyline in picture form, not literally a photo.
I added a real photo of the skyline to incorporate the main buildings and bridge, and I want to emphasize the color Teal with black. All the letters should be lower case except for SOLD.
Just uploaded 3 more photos, would like one more concept but using a house instead of Jacksonville Downtown. Perhaps including the word "Jacksonville" so that people know what city we are in.

- I attached three logos. One is our current logo but we do not want our names on it but gives a base idea of coloring and concept. The other logo is another team that had something created that we are looking for but want to be completely different. The third is a real photo of our downtown.
