We had couple of questions from site developers and thought they will be helpful.
• Since you are looking to have enrollment for patient support services sign up, how do you want it to function once the user have signed up. What access will he have after he logins.
o No, patients will not enroll through our site. This will be more of an educational site, not an interactive one. It may make more sense to combine the Insurance Coverage and Patient Support pages into a single page.
• Would this sign up be paid or free? If paid, how are you looking to take payments.
o No money will be paid. We may opt to do this through an email system instead of an online portal.
• Since you have shared the info for 5 pages, is that all you need or there would be more pages in future. May be a contact us?
o We will need a Contact Us link to an email address, or maybe an online page with fields they fill out. But likely, this will be the maximum number of pages.
• The logo in your PPT file aren't of high-res, could you please send us the Logo file in PNG format?
o I am working on getting a high-res picture file for the logo. I have attached what I have to this message.
• Would you like to go with the logo colors or you are open to designers choice.
? We would like to keep the dark red of the Altemia, but are open to suggestions.
• Are there any websites that you like and we could use them as reference.
? Nepro is a good example
? VSL#3 is an OK example
? KetoCal is another OK example
? EnteraGam, Metanx, and Delpin are what I want to avoid with all of the scrolling and complex page structures
