LWI Homes is the construction and development division of Luxury Wellness International. LWI’s focus is on Wellness Real Estate. Our homes should help keep us safe and enhance our lives through smart technology, nontoxic materials, lights and sound systems that inspire a sense of well-being. We utilize large windows to make our homes more energy efficient and bring the outside in with a biophilic design.

Our homes feature garden beds for farm to table herbs and vegetables, as the weather and landscape permit. Our landscapes are focused on utilizing indigenous and drought resistant plants to support the environment and sustainability of the home.

LWI Homes feature natural materials that highlight a blend of stone, wood and glass, that invoke a sense of warmth and security. LWI Homes feature safe rooms to keep your family safe and secure from storms and intrusion.
