Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo designed for our client who is a Surgeon. He specializes mainly in general and stomach, oesophagus, small intestine, liver, pancreas and gall bladder surgeries.
We would like to see some logos with his name or initials and text underneath and also with an image of the liver, pancreas, gallbladder or oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, liver, pancreas, gallbladder to the left of the text - examples are uploaded to the brief. Combine these examples in to a nice logo please.
Colours to use are dark blue, grey, white, black.

Dr. Rafael Gaszynski (large text - top line) followed by the text underneath, General and Upper GI Surgeon in smaller font on the second line. Image to be on the left on text (or we can try above if that looks better).
