I need a double sided designed for my company. It should have a Texas style theme. I would like it to be a 8x11. On the flyer I would like to describe the services my company provides. These will be inspections of the following
Structural: Foundation, framing, roof, walls, sill plate, landscaping and drainage, crawlspace, and attic
Plumbing: water heater, visible piping throughout home, all interior and exterior fixtures and faucets.
Exterior: Walls, siding, Brick, patios, driveways, decks, garage doors and windows.
Interior: Walls, floors, drywall, attic space, finishes, windows and doors.
Roof: Covering material, Gutter and downspouts, chimneys, attic ventilation and vent stacks.
Appliances: Dishwasher, disposal, Cooktops and Oven, Microwave and Laundry facilities.
Electrical: Outlets, Lighting fixtures, switches, service panel, and wiring.
Heating/Cooling: Gas and electrical furnaces, A/C condenser, and ducting.
WDI Termite: T5 termite report. Interior and exterior inspection. list of conducive conditions and evidence of termite damage.
