Are you looking for Ebook cover or paperback? if is it printed cover, you have forgotten mention the size of the cover and the size of the Spine

not only

title of the book and sub title
about the author etc.,

ebook is good for this one.

Not to worry about the title, subtitle and author. I expect to hire a designer to add those elements later. That way, I don't find myself loving a design but hating the font (or some issue like that).
