I need a logo for a real estate title abstracting company based in Georgia. We will be offering title exams/abstracts as well as notary services, and settlement support services for real estate closing attorneys.

I would like something that conveys trust, strength, reliability, competence and consistency while also appearing innovative and creative. This is a professional service catering to attorneys in the real estate profession so the word TITLE is the most important part. The words innovative and solutions should not upstage this word. The colors should be aimed at relaying trust, competence, reliability but also innovation and creativity. The design should be clean, not too busy. This is a residential real estate focus so no high rises and while some incorporation of a house is acceptable it needs to not overwhelm the logo and give the clients the sense that this is real estate sales which would be their client but real estate services which would be their vendor.
