Resumen de Diseño de portada de libro

I am looking for a redesign on my book cover. I would like to keep the same title, subtitle and author name. This book is for women between the ages of 45 - 55 that are also dealing with health and hormone issues. So if there's a photo used of a woman, it should reflect that age group and a look of frustration or hopelessness. I would also like a notation that I am a best selling author and second edition. I have attached the current book cover and a copy of my business logo. Perhaps some consistency with my business logo would be a good idea and not necessary.

I have also attached an updated back cover with an edit in text and a new picture.

If it's helpful, I am a natural doctor known as a Traditional Naturopath and my primary focus of business is helping women overcome menopause symptoms.

Note, I do not want the use of any medical pictures, such as a stethoscope or a doctor in a white coat.

I am looking for different look and theme from my current cover. Something that is a bit more luxurious or upscale from my past cover.
