Hi, in what format do you need for the template? Ai, PDF or jpeg?

I just check that I cant upload a pdf here, its okay i already submitted some samples in jpeg, and the wordings are blank text. Please check if my design suits what you want. If u select mine then i'll checkout how to send u a pdf and remove the template wordings. If this is still not possible then i might be sending a jpeg. Thanks!
