Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We would like a logo to go on polo shirts for our team of electrical engineers. Our group is responsible for planning the future of a Public Utility District transmission system, and they are also completely re-engineering how the team of the future will work. The team is System Planning & Protection (SPP), and the motto is Engineering Heritage. Our motto is intended to be a play on words taken one of two ways. For likely most of our coworkers, they might read it as celebrating the engineering heritage of the PUDs long history. For us, it seemed too pretentious to claim we were engineering our future heritage, so we shortened the motto and really want the logo to communicate what we are putting together for the future that one day will be looked upon as an excellent heritage of engineering. I've attached our colors if that helps in any way
