Our Support Workers are required to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check, National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, Criminal Screening Card and Influenza Vaccination.
They complete mandatory training on Manual Handling, Medication Competency, Infection Control, Food Safety and Temperature Control, COVID-19 Infection Control, PPE and Hand Hygiene and all Support Workers are required to complete CPR, First Aid and NDIS Orientation.

We offer client specific training by a Registered Nurse to our workers and includes:
• Bowel Care
• Enteral Feeding Management,
• Diabetes Monitoring
• Severe Dysphagia Management
• Urinary Catheter Management
• Complex Wound Management
• Stoma Care
• Medication Administration & Management
• Stoma Care
