Thought Leaders Real Estate has expanded its marketplace to a different region of Western Australia. We are currently a successful boutique office based in the PERTH metro area of Western Australia offering residential sales and leasing services in the real estate industry.
We have expanded our offering to the South West of Western Australia, specifically located in the Margaret River/Dunsborough wine regions. The South West of Western Australia is world renowned for its wine, stunning beaches and pristine forrest settings, it is the idyllic holiday destination for locals and international visitors alike, located only 3 hours drive south of Perth. More and more Western Australians are choosing to make the South West their permanent residential location, we are looking to be a pacesetter in our offering in this region.
We are currently refreshing the Thought Leaders brand and have uploaded our new logo (which is not in use as yet) that we wish to have a slightly different design for the South West branch of our business. A design which resonates with the South West region of beaches, surfing, wine and generally a relaxed lifestyle. We dont want to stray to far away from the Thought Leaders brand, it needs to be very simliar in order to make sure we do not dilute the brand between the 2 marketplaces.
So, we are looking for a clever design that keeps brand consistency however resonates better with the new marketplace we are launching into.
Uploaded is stock imagery of the region which gives an insight into the landscape and world class offerings of the South West region to enable an understanding of the marketplace we are moving into.
