Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am a consulting firm that specialises in equity & debt capital raisings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate finance.
Think Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan. I would like the logo to exude the feeling you get when you see the logos of the Wall Street financial groups. I am a JP Morgan IB alumni and want this to shine through.
The colour palette is extremely important and should have contrast but i would like the darker colour to dominate.
I will pay a bonus if you can also come up with a colour palette that I could use in my marketing and presentation materials. Needs to slot into MS Office suite.
