Logo development for JEM Hire

The JEM name came from James (Company Director) Erin (previous business partner) Machinery and also in conversation one day James’ Grandfather made reference to him having a gem in the making. It just kind of come together.

James himself is a typical blue collar Aussie boy so very straight down the line, no fluffy/ emotional stuff but is very connected to his business ventures. He sees that he can “make” something from this so once again it growing from the ground up is a good reference. He also likes the blue and I think that is again good reference to him being blue collar / trade.
