Bellator Consulting Group (BCG). The overall apperance should reflect real ancient weapons 500BCE to 500CE. While roman soldiers likley never wielded axes, they most likely faced barbarians that did.

Inner rings on axe head are a bakwards letter C enclosing a letter G. The overall shape of the Axe head itself is the letter B. Together, the axe spells BCG by itself.
