Which format do you need it in? mp4?

Hi, no Google doesn't support mp4 for display banners. Either gif or HTML5 would be great too

I've just uploaded the 300x250 dimensions GIF banner. The rest sizes will be made when you'll finalize. Also, any revisions are welcome! Google supports banners less than 150KB. I'll make sure the final deliveries will be under that figure.

What format are animated display ads?
Most Commonly Use Display Ads Format. Static formats are the PNG and JPEG ones, whereas the ones for animated Format are GIF, HTML AMP and HTML5.
