Resumen de Diseño de Revista

Would like the frame work of a design template for a 12page magazine. Looking to be able to change out the images and edit myself down the road as I complete new projects.

I would like a re-design of the attached magazine to get an entire different feel. I would like more elegant. I have attached a BMW flyer just for the colors not for the layout, I attached my business card design. I attached the flyer magazine that I made just for the informational content.

This magazine is to display my experience and expertise in the business along with customer testimonials.

Will this design be a design template that I can change out the images or wording on? As I do more and more design I would like to keep updating it with new content.

I have quite a few images that I can upload but I'm not sure of the process do you create the template and them start putting in the photos?
