Resumen de Diseño de Stand de Feria

Our company requires a design for a pop-up table banner for our Industrial Cybersecurity group. It needs to blend with the OpsTrakker pop-up table (file attached) currently in use. EIS's logo is also attached for color/ design matching. A white logo is allowed on a color background, and the allowed logo colors are #377DBF or #FFFFFF
A partner company of ours is Claroty (logos attached), who designs cyber security software across various industries. Their name needs to be shown somewhere in the design. An assortment of logos are attached, any can be used to match with the design.
The cyber group is heavily involved in industrial cyber security, meaning operations at utilities, warehouses, refineries, manufacturing plants, etc. In the attached infographic, our company works in areas 1 and 2, with some overlap in section 3, and handshakes with sections 4 and 5. This could possibly be incorporated into the white space.

EIS Cyber recognizes that implementing and maintaining an industrial cyber security program can be a daunting task. We will work with you to identify your most critical needs and establish a phased program that works within your resource constraints. Realizing every site has different levels of expertise, EIS Cyber is comfortable serving in many different capacities, be it a purely advisory or consultancy capacity all the way to full implementation.
Design requirements:
- Include words "Industrial Cyber" as group's name
- Simple and clean
-Coordinated with OpsTrakker Table design/ colors (but not copied)
-Centralized EIS Cyber logo (to be designed within project)
-Claroty logo shown in part of the design
- Looking for highlighting of "Industrial" cybersecurity
- See attached power point (EIS Cyber Concepts) for a general feel. This is provided as a reference, submitted designs can look similar, or you can go in your own direction.
- Plenty of blank space is left for artistic design. This can be in the form of:
- Graphics (Ex. Attached pdf “How to Best Defend Your ICS Processes”)
- Words (Any industrial cyber security tag lines or main points)

EIS Cyber Logo Requirements:
-Match the look and feel of our logos (see EIS NEW LOGO FULL VECTOR.ai, OpsTrakker Logo.png, and eds Logo.png)
-The only words present should be “EIS Cyber”

We will be printing this through a third party with the following artwork guidlines (also available at: https://www.youhuge.com/artwork-guidelines/):
File Format
As a starting point, we only receive "High Quality Print" PDF files from both PC and Mac software. We recommend exporting files at the "High Quality Printing" setting. Before exporting your file as a PDF, convert all text to outlines and embed all images. Include a screen shot or .jpg proof for content verification.
If you are not able to generate a "High Quality Print" PDF, we accept the following software generated file formats.

Photoshop .PSD Include all layers, paths, channels, links and fonts.
Illustrator .AI Convert text to outlines, include all linked images (do not embed images).
InDesign and QuarkXpress files are not recommended for large format printing. We only except "High Quality Printing" PDF's generated from these software programs.
Templates
Artwork templates in PDF format for all graphics sizes can be downloaded on our website.
Resolution
The best results are achieved when the resolution of the images are between 72-125 DPI at final print size (full size). Images submitted at higher than 125 DPI will create larger file sizes without any visible gain in print quality.
Color
All colors must be defined in CMYK. If converted from RGB to CMYK significant color changes can occur, please proof your colors prior to submission. Pantone Spot Colors may be requested, but exact color matches are not always possible. Reference printouts will be considered for layout only, not as actual color reference. If a color layout can not be sent, include a .jpg, .pdf (screen optimized) or screen shot file. Clearly mark filename as"proof". For black use (Process Black).
File Transfer
All files sent by ftp or e-mail should be compressed (.sit, .rar, or .zip).
