Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like a logo designed for my new company.

This is a 1 man consultancy. My name is Christian Payne, and I am an expert recruiter based in Denmark. I recruit globally. I have a YouTube channel for recruitment tips, and I now use Tiktok for recruitment tips for people. I use a lot of AI tools. So my business is very modern using latest tech. I provide 2 key services: 1) Executive Search recruitment for Tech and Product experts. 2) I provide my consultancy expertise, and I teach companies how to recruit better and hire the best talent.
The logo design should look like a top-tier expensive consultancy. A great font that would look great on a black t-shirt (I wear black t-shirts in all my youtube videos, and I need a cool logo).


note - Payne is the brand name. Even though the company is "Payne Talent", I want to build my brand name so that eventually people associate "payne" with 'best recruitment company'! I am inspired by the Maersk logo (I am also an ex-Maersk employee, so I like the font, the star and the blue. But I don't want to copy them of course!)

Company name: Payne Talent
I am open to the logo either being just "Payne", or "Payne Talent".
I am open to having Payne Talent as one word "paynetalent"
I am open to lower case, or capitals
Payne could be one font, and talent could be another font

Icon - (ideally on the left, not on the top of the logo. Similar to Maersk logo that I attach to this brief).
Could be a letter P
Or it could be a star, a star within a box, or similar (indicating talent)
Or a person - body/head..
NOT - a magnifying glass. This is old school, and any designs that has this search glass/magnifying glass will be immediately rejected.

I think payne could be one colour, and talent could be another - eg blue and white.

This logo should fit on a t-shirt, left side. So the letter size should be quite thin (not wide font).
I am open to the idea of my face being an icon, as I am the face of the business.
