Re: Cottage/family business "Made at Number 16" logo

I require a semi-formal logo that conveys a home, family or cottage business "feel".

Elements that MUST appear are:
1) a house (optionally brick), single story. No smoke from the chimney (if there is one included). The house could be on its own OR – OPTIONALLY - clearly located in a suburban or residential area. i.e.: it should NOT appear next to apartment blocks etc. A city-scape for a small city can appear in the background with one or two tallish buildings but this is OPTIONAL.
2) the number "16" on the house (or a mailbox that is obviously associated with the house)
3) a tree that is a little larger (taller) than the house. The tree can be at the front of the house or beside the house.
4) The text "Made at Number 16". Note that the "16" could come from mailbox or number on the house however it should be clearly read "Made at Number 16".
At this stage the logo is for a website setup to support mobile apps that I am currently developing.

I have attached some sample logos/designs which I like.

Many thanks in advance for your designs and I will attempt to give individual feedback designs but there may be a delay of a day or two before I can respond. Please be patient.

Note that I am located in New Zealand which may or may not influence how you draw the house.

I require the final design(s) in:
1) vector format suitable for editing in Adobe Illustrator
2) 300DPI PNG
3) The native format for the app that you are using (if not Adobe Illustrator).

I am new to DesignCrowd so please let me know if anything requires further clarification.
