Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a mixed residential rental neighborhood being built in a small town. The space is unique because it will be a "cluster development" where half of the land will be developed with roads/single-family homes, and the other half will remain trees/walking trails. This neighborhood is named "Pleasantwood" or "Pleasant Wood" - we are open to both styles of the name. We have come up with a slogan, but are open to suggestions. The slogan we like is "A Better Way of Living."
