Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Team needs a new logo for a company based on the US East Coast. We are a boutique investment firm, comprised of a high performing team with a collective broad background in business and finance. We have a common tie to the Severn River in Annapolis, Maryland, USA - would like to see a design that incorporates simple images / references to the river / shoreline, the chapel dome at the US Naval Academy, Maryland Statehouse in Annapolis or the Severn River Bridge- incorporating more than one is ok, but the goal is simple and elegant, not busy. The overall look and font should be masculine in nature, a tie to the fact that all of the members of the team served in the Navy as pilots and SEALs. Dark blue as a primary color with gold accents / font is my first thought for palette, but open to creative design.
