Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

I want to use my logo (symbol only, not the words Trident Vein Center) as the basis of the puzzle and incorporate our four values into the logo as four puzzle pieces. I want each puzzle piece to have one value on it and a line extending from the piece. At this point, I would like the bullet points of each value to be listed.

Here are the four values with the bullet points:

Cheese Movers
Are open to and embrace change, recognizing that it is a process, not a one-time event.
Are lifelong learners who continually use incremental improvements to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Possess grit, a combination of passion and perseverance, which allows them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Grit is the fuel to stay motivated and determined even when faced with obstacles or setbacks.
Are self-disciplined, working smart in thought and action by intentionally focusing on their goals.
Servant-Minded
Approaches work with humility, grace, and mercy, recognizing that serving others is a privilege.
Have a patient-centric approach, looking at the processes through the patient's eyes to ensure the best possible experience.
Educating patients with clarity and consistency, ensuring that they understand vein disease is a treatable but not curable condition.
The "My Mother Rule" is a guiding principle that everyone is treated with respect, care, and compassion like our beloved family members.
We seek to provide vein care to all who need it.
Better Together
We emphasize the importance of having a team that rows in the same direction towards a common goal.
We have accountability and integrity by taking responsibility for our actions and their impact on others.
We are courageously real, speaking authentically to share thoughts and ideas while feeling valued for our unique perspectives.

Valuable output is the greatest measure, not hours put in. Anyone can keep busy, but that does not equate to productivity.
