Logo for a property in Alexander, North Dakota, USA. There are 32 lots in the development. Each lot is five acres. Very, very rural area. Alexander is a very, very small town 2010 census was for 223 persons! However, it is experiencing growth due to the Keystone Pipeline oil boom. The houses to be set and delivered are factory-made, manufactured homes (houses on wheels, mobile homes). They are not stick-built or site-built houses. The logo you design will be used on all signage, cards, folders, clothing, etc. I have no particular colors or design ideas. This is the northwest region of the United States...you may want to research North Dakota for design ideas. Keep in mind this is very flat country and 4-6 months of the year is covered in white snow and ice! Therefore, signage colors/design needs to be visible against white landscape. Please take a look at the project summary for Westwood Estates in Alexander, ND. This is a brand new development of 32 manufactured houses (mobile homes) on 5 acres each. It's very flat land, rural, wide-open spaces and snow-covered land about four months of the year. That means your logo on the opening to our development will be quite visible.
