Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a Naval watchfloor team that Fuses many forms of intelligence to create a clear tactical picture for undersea commanders to make decisions.
On our Navy uniforms we get to have a patch that is measured 2-1/8 x 3-3/4 inches. The only colors we can use are green, olive, tan and black. The patch itself will either be embroidered or laser cut. There are examples of standard patches the Navy uses, as well as an example provided by one of my sailors.
We would like to have a moray eel around a trident with the word FUSION below it. The picture drawn is more of a moray eel in the example. I think everything would fit best in a portrait view instead of the landscape view.
Some other things that should be incorporated would be lightening bolts symbolizing are use of electronic intelligence. We also use a lot of acoustic intelligence so if somehow sound waves or the appearance of sound waves were incorporated that would be really great as well. The ligtening bolts could be on the top, and the sounds could be on the bottom because we use the electronics for everything above the sea, and the sound is what we use below the sea.
The design needs to be simple enough to show up on the small patch that we will wear on our uniforms.
We are a new unit so this will be part of our lasting legacy and identity. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOU HELP! Looking forward to designs.
