Some background on my design- I believe that logo is a symbol that helps identify a business/organization. So, instead of using multiple symbols to depict all the services we offer, I have created a logo that communicates to the target audience and is memorable. And it has a strong idea behind it which resonates with what our organization stands for.

I really like your logo, but it is a little busy. I'd keep the wheelchair and the double head. Maybe remove the ear, eye and dog and replace it with a regular standing person with any disability or injury. Loose West Valley UT all together and we've been in business since 1958. Also Remove Work life community and move residential day and employment in it's place. and the top could say "empowering adults with disabilities. Thanks!
