Resumen de Diseño de Personaje

I need a Japanese sommelier character for my Whisky Website

The Character
His name is Shimizu Hiroshi, but all his friends now call him by his nickname 'Koji' and he is a modest shokunin type personality, aged 28 and he loves Japanese whisky and other liquors, he grow up in a Japanese Sake Shuzo (hence the nickname) in Nagano but moved to Tokyo to work in fine dining restaurants and learn about western wine and food. He competed his Master of Sommelier’s in France, so he speaks French and English but his first language in Japanese.

The Design
the design should be no more than 4 colours and in keeping with the look and feel of our website, which is classy and traditional with modern overtones.

I require 6 expressions for Koji

1) Plain
2) Speaking
3) Bowing
4) Laughing
5) Angry
6) Confused

Koji should just be a head and shoulders so that you can see what he is wearing but not his full body he should be wearing a sommelier badge, he should appear to have charm and a good sense of humour, but most of all be sophisticated and thoughtful in appearance.
