We need a T-Shirt design using the phrase "LET'S FLOCKIN' GEAUX". The target market is fans of the NBA basketball team, the New Orleans Pelicans. Ideally the shirt would incorporate the colors of the team but should have New Orleans influences. Preferably the design would only feature the words but the words can take on additional effects that relate to basketball or a pelican. Artistical influences can include B Mike (NOLA graffiti artist) and the Mardi Gras color palette (purple, green, and gold).
