It's just a curiosity, but honestly, I would love an explanation just to try understand.
It's next, why do you chose as winner a design that absolutely does not meet any of the indications of the brief?. I don't know, I should be from another planet, but there are things that I just cant understand so if someone could bring me some kind of explanation, I would love to hear it. Thx a lot

No worries, I'm happy to reply! The logo we selected did conform to the brief, which asked for a balance between communicating that we are weed-related and being a recovery group. Of course every execution will be some mix of that balance, some more about weed and some more about recovery. The one I chose definitely is much more subtle when it comes to the recovery side -- it shows a weed leaf contained in a box, but the top most leaf is growing out of that box indicating personal growth. Although I wouldn't have minded a bit more on the recovery side, it was by far the most balanced logo we received, and most polished.

I'd be happy to walk you through your logo and why we didn't choose it, but it looks like you removed it. Either way, thank you so much for participating.
