I have uploaded more pictures for styling and examples of the things I like. The Liberty Tattoo and blue has just been redone so I don't think covering any part of it is a good idea. The concepts should work around it as much as possible to avoid overworking the skin.

OK great! I am basically trying to enhance the Liberty Tattoo and cover up the old black Odin's Horn at the same time. The location is my left chest area.

I forgot to mention that the tattoo will be in a state that prohibits the tattoo to be above the neckline.

Ive uploaded a couple placement photo's. I like your design but you have changed the flag to where it doesnt make sense. The eagle is cool.

I am open to all ideas. I know i jave uploaded a lot of eagles. These are concepts. Not the only thing I want. I am looking for a fresh design with a lot of creativity. Use your desigb skills!
