First time doing this, great question. I do not have a logo, I would like one created as a part of the sign design. Size of the sign is somewhat flexible. Min Size would be
* 36" long x 8" tall but could go as much as 48" long by 14" tall

A logo name is required.

I do not have a Logo, was trying to get that designed as part of the name, something very simple. The house name is Incommunicado. Have had some really creative designs posted thus far, very impressed with the group effort here.
