Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a company based out of Phoenix, AZ called "RightSpot Homes". We build new Luxury / high end custom homes in Phoenix area. We are looking to establish our branding as a luxury builder and want to create a logo and typography that is reflective of that strategy. We are looking for a Image+ Text kind of logo. I wanted to see different options and then decide on what to customize.
We have RightSpot Realty, RightSpot Investments and RightSpot Homes and I wanted a design to accommodate the RightSpot as the major and below that it should be easily swappable with those different company names to maintain the same branding across.

What we mean by the company name: They are coming to the Right place to get their homes built and Spot is like the location..
