Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We are a residential and commercial general contractor located in the northeast united states. We would like to see designs that play off of our existing logo. I am ok with modifying the current logo some to fit the overall design of the t-shirt. I'd like to create a t-shirt that people would wear anytime for any occassion so it needs to look like you could buy it at a popular clothing store. attached are both my logo files and some examples of other t-shirt designs that i generally like the style of.
The focus of our work is building single family houses and small commercial buildings. I do NOT want to use images like cranes or high rise buildings or excavation equipment. Images should reflect home construction or wood framing or something entirely unrelated if you choose to include an image.
If the slogan "Listen Better, Plan Better, Build Better" can be used on a small scale somewhere, that would be great as well.
Please keep it to two colors or less.
