Resumen de Diseño de Tatuaje

I want a design a tattoo that represents the struggle of a husband with a wife with Leukemia. Wanting to be a protector of my wife. She loves tulips and her favourite colour is purple. Our son loves lions. Leukemia is an invisible threat, As a husband I want to help, but there is little I can do.

Therefore, I would like something like the following.
A majestic lion with blue eyes in a defensive stance. Its paw is raised as if swatting at an invisible enemy. In front of the lion / protected by the Lion, a blooming purple tulip flower is untouched and radiant.

I was thinking a colour pop of the eyes and the tulip would be good, with the other colour subtle.

I would like the tattoo on my inner forearm. My forearm length is 23cm, 70cm at the wrist and about 110cm at its widest part.

I am not sure of the term to use but ideally the design will run with its left side at the wrist right side at the inner elbow and not from the bottom at the wrist and top at the inner elbow. Using the natural shape of the forearm. The image of the lion standing with its paw raised and stretched resonates the most. But this would look better with the tulip closer as if being protected more. It is a tattoo that I want to look at and less interested about others seeing it from their perspective.
