Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I would like a tshirt design in the style of the image named "doobie brothers." I would like the top to say, above the main image of the "men at the lake", in smaller retro 1970s style lettering "MMM celebrates..." and at the bottom of the image in large letters "The Waterheads."
I would like the picture of the men in the lake featured in the center. The black bars at the top and bottom of the "men in the lake" image need removed.
The tshirt will be a ringer-style baseball t, in white or light grey.
